You have to submit the photocopy of the old Passport with renewal or reissue application form.

You have to submit Government Order (GO) in terms of Official Passport

How to Apply for MRP/ Machine Readable Passport in BD

To know how to apply for Machine Readable Passport (MRP) in Bangladesh (BD) elaborately, follow my instructions step by step very passionately. Step-1: Apply for Online MRP/ Machine Readable Passport in BD

To apply for Machine Readable Passport (MRP) in Online, you have to pay the MRP Passport application fee 2020 in any of the banks which are Sonali Bank, Bank Asia, Dhaka Bank, One Bank Limited, and Premier Bank Limited.

You can also pay the MRP Passports fees besides online through using any one of services such as a credit card or a debit card or mobile banking like bKash or Rocket or Nagad.

You must have to pay online MRP Passport application fee prior to doing form fill up because you will require the Date and the Scroll number of depositing money, the Name of the Bank, and the Name of Branch.of that Bank you deposit to apply for Machine Readable Passport (MRP) in Bangladesh (BD).

If you want to apply for Regular MRP Passport, then you have to pay the Regular MRP Passports fees Tk. 3,450 with TK. 10 Vat. Generally, you will get your MRP Passport within 21 days from the day of the online application.

If you want to apply for Urgent or Emergency MRP Passport, then you have to pay the Urgent or Emergency Machine Readable Passport fee TK. 6,900 with TK. 10. Generally, you will get your MRP Passports within 10 days from the day of the online application

N:B: Sometimes, it takes more than 21 days in Regular fee and more than 10 days in Urgent or Emergency fee to supply MRP Passports due to the delay of getting Police Varication or others' problems.

Step-2: Online MRP/ Machine Readable Passport Form Fill Up

To fill up the MRP/ Machine Readable Passport Form online, you have to enter the official website of the department of Immigrant and Passports at www passport gov bd.

After entering the link at www passport gov bd, you will see an interface that contains the guidelines of applying for Online MRP. Make sure that you have read and understood the given guidelines and relevant information of online application for Bangladesh Machine Readable Passport before starting the form fill up.

After reading the guidelines of MRP, give Tick (✔️) mark in the given Check Box and Click on the "Continue To Online Enrollment" option. After clicking the option, the "Passport Application Stage-1" page that is shown in the below picture will be opened on your computer screen.

In MRP "Passport Application Stage-1", you have to fill 5 sections (Passport Application Information, Personal Information, Citizenship Information, Present Address, and Permanent Address) with relevant information to apply for Machine Readable Passport in Bangladesh (BD).

After completing the MRP Passports form fill up Stage-1, make sure that you must fill the Star (✱) marked box with necessary information. Then, click the "Save & Next" option to continue the online application for Bangladesh Machine Readable Passport. After clicking the option, the "Passport Application Stage-2" page that is shown in the below picture will be opened on your computer screen.

In MRP "Passport Application Stage-2", you have to fill 4 sections (Application Contact Information, Emergency Contact Person’s Details, Payment Information, and Old Passport Information) with the necessary and relevant information to complete the apply stage-2 for Machine Readable Passport (MRP) in Bangladesh (BD).

Before going to the next step, check and make sure you have filled all the necessary boxes with correct information especially the Star (✱) marked box. Then, click the "Save & Next" option to complete the Machine Readable Passport application form fill up process. After clicking the option, the "Passport Application Review Enrolment Summary-Last Stage" page that is shown in the below picture will be opened on your computer screen.

How to apply for MRP passport in bd gov

In MRP "Passport Application Review Enrolment Summary-Last Stage", actually, you don't have to fill up anything. Just check and make sure that your provided information is correct and relevant. If you provide irrelevant information and make a mistake by chance, then click the "Previous Page" option and provide the correct information immediately to complete the application for MRP Passport in BD.

If your information provided in MRP Passports is correct and relevant, click the "Save" option. Then you will find the "save" option turned into the "Submit" option. Finally, clicking the "Submit (Ok)", try to complete to apply for Machine Readable Passport in BD.

After clicking the "Submit" option, you will get an MRP Passports Application Form pdf file in your given email address. Also, you can download the MRP Passport Application Form as pdf file. Now you can exit safely from the webpage of www passport gov bd.

Step-3: Print and Attest the MRP Passport Application Form

Now you have to print 2 copies of the downloaded Online MRP Passport Application Form and make sure that you have written your name by hand in Bangla on number one position on the first page and similarly, you have to give your signature on the signature part of the third page to continue the Apply for MRP Passport in BD.

Attach your attested 2 copies Passport Size (55 X 45 MM) photos with your MRP Passport Online Application Form and attest the 2 copies of the Machine Readable Passport Application Form by a BD Gov gazetted officer.

Make sure that the Name, Address, Phone Number, Passport/ National ID No, Signature and Seal of the attested officer have been written in the 4th page of MRP form. Also, you have to take attested 2 copies of photocopies of your National ID card or Birth Certificate to complete the apply process for MRP Passport in BD.

Step-4: Submission the Machine Readable Passport Application Form

Now attach the bank receipt with the Online MRP Passports Application Form and try to recheck the whole form completely for final submission. If there has been no error, then your Machine Readable Passport Application Form is completely ready to submit in your referred Passport office such as Agargaon or Uttara Passport office, Dhaka.

Remember that you must have to submit your Online MRP Passport Application Form within 15 days from the days after completing the apply process of MRP Passport in Bangladesh (BD) through this website at www passport gov bd. If you failed to submit within 15 days, the MRP Passports form will be deleted automatically from the server of wwwpassport gov bd.
