First of all, you must have to pass the BCS Preliminary Exam to qualify for the BCS Written Exam. Secondly, You must have to pass the BCS Written Test to qualify for the Viva-Voce (Oral Examination). If you pass in the BCS Written Examination, you will be eligible for the viva voce exam. To become a BCS cadre, you have to secure a handsome mark in both the Written Test and the Viva-Voce Test.
